GUIDE TO YOUR FIRST HOP

Get started with CalHop.

Connect a calendar, check your destination and choose how to get there. This guide covers the essentials for the app and the Business website.

Interface labels such as Calendar, Settings and Navigate are shown in English here to help you find them in the current app.

In the mobile app

01

Connect your calendars

Open Calendar and add your Google, Microsoft or supported calendar account. Sign in with the provider and select the calendars you want CalHop to show. On supported Apple devices, device calendars may also be available with permission.

02

Check the appointment address

Use a complete street address for an in-person appointment. Check that CalHop has selected the correct destination before opening directions. Online meetings do not require a drive.

03

Choose navigation and arrival buffer

In Settings, choose Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze where available and installed. Set the extra time you want for parking or walking. Open the appointment and tap Navigate.

04

Set up leave-by reminders

Leave-by reminders require CalHop Pro. Turn them on in Settings and grant the required location and notification permissions. Travel times are estimates. Reopen CalHop after changing an appointment so it can refresh the trip and reminder.

For Business and teams

05

Create your individual Business login

Use your full name and individual work email. Verify the email, set a password, then create a company or accept an invitation. Shared info@ and support@ addresses are not Business logins. Use the same account on the website and supported Business app builds.

06

Connect an available CRM

Open CRM connections, choose an available provider and sign in on that provider’s page. Review its permission screen. Each teammate authorizes their own account. A provider marked Setup pending is not ready to connect. Search a known contact and verify their company and notes before matching an appointment.

07

Record trips and check reports

Enter and review the trip date, person, addresses, kilometers and elapsed time. CalHop Business does not automatically track mileage. Export a report for the required dates and check its contents and recipients before emailing it. Access depends on company role and an active travelling seat.

08

Need help signing in?

Use Forgot password? for an existing Business account. Check your inbox and spam folder. Email verification codes expire after 10 minutes; request a new code if needed. Never send passwords, verification codes or API secrets to support.

Availability and support

Check store availability and your installed app version. Business mobile and CRM features can differ from the public website preview. Contact support before relying on a feature that is not available in your account.
