Get CalHop on Android

CalHop brings your calendar appointments and travel planning together. It uses appointment locations to estimate travel times, helps you plan when to leave and opens directions in your chosen navigation app.

You can select calendars available on your device after granting calendar access. You can also connect Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365 from CalHop’s Calendars screen. Choose the calendars you want CalHop to use.

CalHop can open directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. Select your preferred app in Settings and make sure it is installed and available on your device.

Time-to-leave reminders require CalHop Pro. Turn on Time to leave in Settings and allow location and notification permissions. Set an arrival buffer to allow extra time. Travel times and reminders are estimates and do not guarantee an arrival time.

Reopen CalHop after changing an appointment so it can refresh travel information and the scheduled reminder. Calendar information refreshes while the app is active and when you return to Home; calendar changes do not continuously sync while the app is closed.

CalHop includes five free smart trips to try its travel-planning features. CalHop Pro provides ongoing access to premium features. Open Settings and choose Upgrade to Pro to see the current subscription options and store pricing.
