A few things to know
One subscription per travelling user
Business and Enterprise are intended to include Individual features when paid plans launch. No separate Individual subscription will be required. Existing app-store subscriptions will need to be cancelled through their store when you switch.
Your own CRM, connected
Your CRM subscription remains with your provider. Currently supported: HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Connection requires an authorised CRM account; one-click provider sign-in is still being completed. HubSpot currently requires a company owner or administrator with an active travelling seat and explicit acknowledgement of account-wide access in the web hub.
One office administrator included
The included administrator can manage the company and export reports. If they also record trips, they need a travelling-user seat.
Try Business first
New companies receive a 5-day trial with five travelling seats. Saving a plan preference does not start billing or automatically convert a trial. A separate payment confirmation will be required when checkout is available.
